If I was able to give you a no star review I would.
Purchased A van from 2 cheap cars , 2 days later broke down and they aren't willing to help with repairing it. Very rude and horrible customer service.

β β β β β We could have been killed because of these guys! In May '21 we were KNOWINGLY sold a Japanese Imported Nissan X-Trail fitted with SNOW TYRES! This is apparently not illegal in NZ, but not informing the buyer makes it not only highly misleading, but downright DANGEROUS! On the Vehicle Inspection Sheet the mechanic, Sameera, checked it off as normal tyres! It was only after experiencing excessive road noise, and more importantly, drift through bends in the road that our mechanic pointed it out to us. It cost us 4 new tyres and a lot of anguish! Shame on you, 2 Cheap Cars - Manukau!

β β β β β A amazing experience with the purchase of my new vehicle, all correspondence via email or phone was exceptional , Rachel was sooo accomodating with making sure all I needed for the vehicle was done ie-tow bar installed . Absolutely fantastic service would highly recommend. Thankyou 2 cheap cars manukau

β β β β β Biggest Muck around. Told us we could have a car at a certain price before we came and we traveled 3 hours to come check it out . Checked it out then went to go see another car and we came back to buy the car , seller said they donβt take cash and that they close at 4:30. Had to go to a bank to put money into account , we came back and seller said they could not do the price anymore (because itβs a weekend deal, but he told us he could do the same deal on Monday and this morning but all of a sudden he has to check with his boss ) then doesnβt mention that we wouldnβt be able to drive it because VTNZ closes at 4 but didnβt mention that to us before we left to deposit the money. Next time you tell people they can buy the Car at a certain price , stick with it . Donβt waste peopleβs time. We are now out of pocket and without a car. Bad service .
Reply: Then please tell your sales consultant not to tell people he can give the car at that price, he told us on Monday before we came down and every time we came back we could have the car at that price until we were ready to buy it and said we couldnβt get it at that price. Would of saved us time. He also needs to be more clear on the information he gives us.

β β β β β I wish I read the reviews before buying from here. Bought a Murano thinking it was 9k and then the extra costs 13k all up.lols anywho I wasn't using my heater because it was summer but when winter hit the heaters weren't really working properly I had to wait up to 15mins for my windscreen to clear up from the cold weather..it went on for a while til the car started playing up. Had to replace so many things. Tried getting aircon it ran out straight away and started having electrical issues and now when it rains it leaks into the car doors causing alot of mould. Please stop selling faulty cars to people that think they're getting a reliable car?ββοΈ

β β β β β After 1 week & first day of lockdown battery went flat, had to borrow a battery with different terminals and jump start the car every time until we came down a level to buy a new battery, was finally reimbursed a month later. During that time paint started peeling off the bonnet 2 Cheap Cars claims department after consulting with management state the damage is normal wear and tear, knowing full well it was a quick cover up to get the car of the yard. I wouldn't trust 2Cheap Cars again & would give them a minus 5 star rating if I could.

β β β β β These people get a bad wrap on these reviews (not in other car sales review sites). Anyway. We made a quick purchase of a newly traded in car. Great car and the guys were down-to-earth to talk to. I asked them heaps of questions to get their reassurances. I even asked them about all these negitave reviews. They helped with an issue I queried after getting an AA pre-purchase report and honestly can't fault the experience. My teenager loves her first car.
