★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disgusted that I had to pay a minimum payment of $20 even though only owed $12.84. The staff even threatened to send debt collectors after me I had ALREADY payed. Terrible service, terrible organization, never getting my patronage again ???.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this morning to get prescription and thought to upgrade my phone plan, then I decided to upgrade my phone. I was presented with a very polite, pleasant, and easy going employee named Awhina. She explained a lot and her service was awesome. Awhina did wat was necessary with the new phone applying the screen cover and starting the transfer of files. Thank you very much Awhina and 2deg for an outstanding employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Degrees offers unlimited wifi at around $85.00 per month, that’s where the good stops , now a dose of reality, unlimited is only for 40GB, then they say they will slow it down, it doesn’t just slow down it completely stops , when I asked their representative in their kiosk why they slow it down , his reply was to make it fair for everyone . If I and others want and pay for unlimited , we want unlimited it’s not like others miss out on their service .
We do not want unlimited to be limited, so for this reason I give them a 0 star rating.
Very poor service and difficult to deal with .
