★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great workmanship on repairing my car, but lacking the will to claim from the offending party. I was NOT at fault, whilst AA said they believed me are not will to take it further so I can have a refund of my excess money
Which is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful on the phone but they need to have a better policy to help customers who are no way at fault for an accident when it concerns a hit and run. It is traumatising enough we have been in an accident then being left with a hefty bill is horrible! Also need better communication between the call centre and the customer service centre during alert levels
