This is the second time we have had issues with overcharging, especially in regard to the hours on site, extra travel charges and price of various items. Example: 'Heat Shrink' tubing at $39.95 and 49.87+gst a lenght is crazy!
I have spent many years involved in lighting and have a reasonable idea of the cost of things like Heat Shrink. Last time we use these people.
