About Amber Garden Centre
Located at 7 Peake Road, Cambridge (Corner Peake & Cambridge Roads).
Amber Nurseries was established over 35 years ago, starting out as a wholesale nursery with a small shop, selling our own grown annuals and vegetables in punnets.
When moving to our present site in June 2013, we expanded the size of the garden centre.
In mid 2014 we became Amber Garden Centre and reduced the number of wholesale customers we supply, giving us the space to grow on landscaping plants, grasses and hedging, enabling us to reduce the price of these plants in our garden centre.
We are a Boutique Garden Centre, with specialised staff, offering our customers the personal touch.

Already the monarch butterflies and tui are visiting the garden. โ โ โ โ โ Coffee was amazing. Great choice of inexpensive, well presented cabinet food & menu items. Our meals - Backyard Bennie & Dirty Bird - were very good. My only gripe is that one of your waitresses seems to have been born in a tent! It was a cold day, the place was packed & we were sitting next to a door. She never made the effort to close the door behind her - all the other wait staff did. It was freezing. The result was the either my husband or I, or the people at the other tables had to do it. We got up 6 times during lunch. Six. That doesn't count how many times the others got up. Not great for the flow of conversation. Nevertheless we will definitely be back.
