★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really horrible finished product. I dealt directly with Sam, the CEO - who assured me of their high quality. I advised to him how important STRAIGHT labels were to me - that our product is a high quality product for high quality retail stores - and he offered to run 10 bottles through first to check the quality. The picture he sent me of these 10 was perfect - all the labels were the same height and they were all straight. From that, I advised him to proceed. When I received the 5,000 bottles completed - I was disgusted to see the quality. Roughly 2,000 of these bottles labels are so badly crooked it's embarrassing. The other 3,000 which have almost straight labels, have labels all at different heights - so putting my product side by side looks shocking (which is how they are meant to be displayed in retail stores). I provided all this feedback to Sam and he basically said TOO BAD and owns no responsibility. Now we have had to peel off 2,000 labels - spend loads of money on purchasing new labels and then label them ourselves! The whole point of using them was to save time and money. I have sent Sam 2-3 emails since asking for understanding and compensation and he just ignores my emails. Terrible terrible company to deal with. Avoid them like the plague.
