MINUS Five rating Little economical but extremely unreliable, don’t ignore the comments from other people. If parcel goes smoothly it goes but it get stuck which happens occasionally, then you are no where. Customer service have no control on decision makers and they are facing public, you can imagine how much pressure is on them. If your parcel lost, until you make ask for compensation they will not bother to act, and will make sure you get the parcel, that time you might not need parcel. If you can take all these risk go ahead with your courier otherwise look for alternative. Update: - Parcel dispatched on 25-Mar-22 - Sharing the tracking 21-Apr-22 still with Aramex - Today is 1-May-22 no hope yet. Calling them regularly, customer services based overseas - helpless and hopeless says we have updated the log and sent messages to the team and can’t do much then that. Wellington office doesn’t pickup the phone, or disconnects the call. I am going through such a traumatic situation, can’t do much Tracking screenshot from Aramex website for my parcel just to show you how they are :(

As below - don't bother using this terrible company. It's a shame UPS partner with them. UPS were able to get my delivery from Spain to Auckland within a week, but Aramex took well over a month to get it from Auckland to Auckland. Don't bother calling their call centre either

0 stars. Believe all the negative reviews. My parcel ended up in problem freight even though other courier companies have had no problem finding my address. Then told 3 times it was going to be with courier for delivery only to then be told my parcel was lost, more than a month after they had received it from Australia. I would recommend any company uses another courier company.

I was away on holiday for five days and completely locked my place up. While I was away the courier ‘delivered’ my parcel which doesn’t make sense as I have high fences and only a card to call could have been left in letterbox. When I got home I found the package had been thrown over my fence and was in a gutter. It had been soaked and half of the contents were destroyed. I complained to Aramex and got a prompt reply ‘case has been resolved’ no apology or refund for my damaged goods. My partner also had an awful time with this company last year where a courier lied about delivering an item worth over $3k and it took days to trace. Don’t use them!

TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. This is not the first time I've had difficulty with Aramex. But this time the outcome was just utterly infuriating! I do understand the delays caused by the effects of the pandemic so I was more than patient to even wait up to 10 days past the scheduled delivery date. Submitting an online enquiry did not get a timely response. So I had no recourse but to call them on the number listed online. Be fairly warned. You may have to wait quite a while before someone finally gets to answering your call. The lady who answered was accommodating and merely takes down your information and the details of your parcel. To my absolute dismay, they finally replied to my enquiry saying that they lost the parcel. Yes, you read that correctly: THEY LOST IT !!! The parcel contained an item that I had waited for a very long time to be able to purchase, and to make things worse, it is now no longer available on the merchant website. My advice to merchants/shippers: if you value your customers and their experience when doing business with you, please DO NOT USE ARAMEX as your courier of choice. They are totally incompetent.

I ordered stuff off a clothing brand in Australia which I love and they normally work with DHL for delivery. However my parcel got passed onto Aramex this time for delivery. I was tracking my parcel from the link I got via email and it said my parcel was delivered when I haven't received a parcel or seen a courier truck today. I called them up and even though the lady was helpful, she informed me that my package got delivered to a whole other address that isn't even close to the given address. I don't know how or why they gave my parcel to another address The next day I get the parcel and they left it in the rain by the gate of my house at around 5:30 in the morning. Overall a really untrustworthy courier company and very disappointed

0 STARS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Would give it zero stars. Or negative if I could. Would not recommend this company at all. They used to be reliable. However things must have changed. Didn’t pick my parcel up after 3 days of calling them and organising pick up, even though I had booked through trade me. Had to cancel my pickup as I do not have faith in this company and will never use again. My customer needed the parcel, and I do not believe they will pick up and be able to deliver on time. Used this service through trade me. Other companies are way better. I don’t believe customer service care either. Not interested in looking after customers. Warning do not use this service! Worst ever.

Appalling customer service. I was left a message to phone regarding incorrect address details (which were correct on the order placed with the company....) I missed the call and had to phone back. On hold for half an hour and was hung up on twice. The hold message is a woman repeating the same message over and over, and is enough to drive you insane. I finally get through and amend the details with the lady on the phone who assures me she will get it resent out. 3 days later I get another call from the original lady who tells me the parcel has an incorrect address - there is no record of the conversation I had to amend the address. What are you even doing Aramex? Terrible courier company. Their delivery times are slow as well. Don't use them.
