β β β β β Haircut turned out nice! Only qualms would be I had to pay an extra $15 because my hair was too long (just over the bust) and she whacked my face with my hair a few times. Otherwise, very friendly and professional!

β β β β β A friends daughter had her hair butchered by the owner. Both cut and coloured incorrectly, apparently the salon that tried to fix her hair said that they had used the incorrect products on her hair.
Not only was there no apology or offer to fix, the owner basically told her just to get over it. Very unprofessional!. If you value your locks DO NOT go here.

Purchased a Deluxe Hair Package for my birthday party and left feeling like a million bucks.
Beyond thankful! Will definitely use this services again.
Highly recommend.

β β β β β Archer & Co Hair is definitely the place to go if you want to be treated like a queen for a couple of hours which is how l felt when l did a 'walk in' to have my hair coloured this morning which I absolutely β€οΈ too. l was looked after from start to finish awesome team work in this salon. l sincerely recommend Archers & Co Hair?. Go see the girls they will take good care of you.

β β β β β This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a salon. I paid $400 for a cut and Full head of highlights. The colour was awful and I had to go to another salon to get the colour corrected and had to email, call and visit the salon multiple times to get a refund. I was in the salon for 5 hours and my hair didnβt look good at all. Would not recommend coming to this salon at all.

I had a grab one voucher for a keratin treatment and was astonished when I arrived for my appointment and was told I needed to pay an extra $39 because my hair was long and thick! My hair is shoulder length and very thin. Iβve had many keratin treatments over the years and never had to pay extra. I was telling my friend about my poor experience and she then told me about the one time she had been there and they completely messed up her colour. Buyer be warned! There vouchers are a scam to get you in and then hit you with an extra charge.
I will never return but I guess they donβt care, theyβll just keep fleecing people.

β β β β β I took my daughter here for a cut and within minutes the hairdresser had ruined her fringe making it uneven and way too short. I felt like he was completely inexperienced and didn't care what her hair looked like as she was a child. Such a terrible experience for a little girl.
