They check your car thoroughly and in the meantime you can sit comfortably on sofas with a cup of tea or coffee (provided as well) or at a desk. There's also wifi available, so if you want to do some admin work while waiting - good to go!
Staff is friendly and approachable.
The whole experience is very lush. Recommended :)
