Ashley personally painstakingly did my lashes, took longer than normal as I practically did not have lashes left after my chemo, so happy and emotional after my session. Thank you xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting my lashes done at Ashley Allen for nearly 10 years - once or twice a month. I love the professional service, the quality of work and the friendly staff. My own lashes are very fine and the staff have made sure they aren’t damaged despite having extensions for so long.
Absolutely recommend Ashley Allen ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my lashes for the first time at Ashley Allen and they were so professional and welcoming. I was recomended to do the full set which was done by Nat who did an amazing job despite me having very fine lashes. Very happy with the end result and very natural looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first not so friendly experience with Ashley Allen yesterday at around 3-4pm 14/01/22. Receptionist lady with blonde hair was quite pushy and rude, took my temperature with no warning what so ever just stuck the thing right to my head while I was looking for my vaccination pass. I booked for either a classic med set or a classic full set although since I had a tiny bit lashes left on my eyes from a previous booking elsewhere (and hadn’t booked for a removal) that’s when she began to make me feel uncomfortable which to be fair was my fault for not booking a removal although unprofessional to make a client feel unwelcome. I fully understand now that it takes extra time for removal and apologize for the inconvenience it may had caused but doesn’t give a right for the receptionist to continuously make me feel uncomfortable during my appointment. During my removal she had come in and out asked the current lash tech working on me if she was okay to do my removals and if she wanted to swap; giving off the sense that I am taking up too much time. She then left and came in a second time telling me that unfortunately I can’t get the set that I wanted because my removal took 30 minutes (which it didn’t) until ANOTHER girl walked in saying that it didn’t it only took 15minutes and that I could still get my desired set. So she then told me again that actually, I can still get the set that I wanted. My takeaway from this place is that they aren’t as professional as I thought they’d be. All of this during my appointment, people walking in and out and me feeling super uncomfortable and unwelcome I just wanted to leave as I felt like I was wasting their time. I won’t be coming back here, I’m sure not every person that works here is like this but this was just my experience. Never again.

I felt extremely uncomfortable during my visit and will not return to Ashley Allen. The technician was rude, hostile & aggressive. She was verbally aggressive with short sharp words, and handle the service with harsh hands.
After 6 days of my infill, most of my eyelashes fell out. I contacted Ashley Allen st Luke’s, on day 8.
I explain on the phone, that a great deal of eyelashes had fallen out. (I had a work photoshoot, so wanted my eyelashes to look good for day 10) I’ve been getting eye lash extensions for just under 2 years. So I understand the after care.
But on this occasion, the eyelashes infill didn’t last a week.
-How Ashley Allen works, is that you get your first full set of eyelashes then between 2-3 weeks you can get infills (a top up). -
I had my full set, and 1 infill. I believe my first set fell out on my first week of my infill.I explain to the manager, that the eyelash technician whom assessed my eyelashes should of given appropriate advice. She said ‘by the way you can get an infill’ however it was just over 3 weeks (isolation prevented me coming in sooner). That day I went into the salon expecting to get a removal and fresh set. Roughly ($110-130)
But being told I can have a infill ($70) I was pretty happy with that.
However less than a week, noticeably lots of eyelashes fell out.
When I explain my situation to the manager, she arranged a eyelash assessment.
During the assessment, the manager was aggressive, Defensive and accusing. (I never said the eyelashes was bad, just the communication between technician and client was poor, and they offered minimum advice during sessions)
Over all experience with Ashley Allen, has always been like conveyor belt of clients. One in one out. Which I liked, quick, fast and no drama.
Until all your eyelashes don’t last over a week. Then the technician becomes extremely angry and aggressive.
I was a loyal customer, and been going for just under two years but now I won’t go back.
Ashley Allen do not value there clients & the customer care is disgusting
