★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia is a fantastic trainer and great fun to be around, I highly recommend her.
I have done group sessions and one on one training with her and both are great. The sessions are varied and interesting and Mia always gives options for all levels. I joined Mia at 4 months post partum and she is very knowledgeable so I was always challenged but safe when exercising.
She's very flexible session times and options etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia is amazing trainer! She’s got a wealth of knowledge in the industry and is super passionate about her clients. Her workouts are always varied which keep the sessions interesting, and I love her mix of HIIT & Yoga/ Pilates combos. I’ve been training with her for nearly a year and the changes have been huge. I love her patience and kindness, plus her ability to quickly pivot to adapt to any personal circumstances.
If you’re on the lookout for a new trainer, I would 100% recommend Mia! Not only is she a GREAT trainer but just an awesome caring person ?
