β β β β β Excellent shop. Excellent service. Good quality products. I brought a three barrel char and grill . 1 barrel is 3x gas burner excellent cooking good quality grilling rails.
Other 2 barrels , 1 large 1small excellent char grilling heat. Had lots of bbqs . this 1 is awesome I'm 1 happy dood .They had the best price arond.

β β β β β I had ordered a new smoker through bbqs and more, was told that it would be here in 6 months, 9 months later there was still no news on when it was expected in the country. Chris was very very hard to get in contact with to find out what was going on (I was more than happy to wait longer, as it was the smoker I had always wanted). After weeks of trying, finally got in contact w Chris who told me that the company has cancelled all of their overseas orders and are focusing on their local market in the states. I was disappointed but understood this was out of Chrisβs control.I ended up purchasing a different smoker. Fast forward a month and after contacting the smoker manufacturing company direct, this was not the case. They were still shipping world wide and had recently sent one to NZβ¦
Sure, bbqsandmore is a great shop, with some awesome toys on display, but as for customer service, wouldnβt recommend. Checking the other reviews thereβs a certain tend happening too

β β β β β Really had a great experience from start to finish. Saturday afternoon 4pm I called to ask about a product with the hope of getting there before closing time at 5pm. With 20 min to spare, the staff took their time with explaining to me about the product (Oklahoma Joe Tabletop Rambler), general BBQ tips for a beginner, general conversing and quite literally giving me the BEST possible customer experience you could think of. To top it off they even helped with a base for the Rambler to sit on. Thank you Thomas and the other gentleman (sorry I didnβt get your name!), youβve successfully got a life customer and Iβm excited to come back! Thanks again :)
