★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited you're bank Friday 13 Nov 2020 and the lady behind the enquiries counter was quite rude. Every single one of the BNZ customer parking was taken so I waited alittle thinking surely a customer will be out soon, 10min sitting in a hot car luckily a sky city park opened up. Imagine my surprise to walk into an EMPTY bank, when I asked this lady why the carparks are all full she looked at me and with an attitude said there is a conference on an upper level. Not a happy customer here Shame on you BNZ Victoria Street Hamilton. Customers beware if there is a staff conference upstairs you're out of luck for a BNZ customer park. Disgusting to say the least!!

I’ve been told even with the holiday period into account I STILL should have MY card by now. I’m getting fees because of this. Get it together BNZ
