I started the 6 weeks transformation on my partner’s suggestion and I have to say this is the first time that the gym makes sense to me. Skye, Ryan, Tui and the team really make sure to give you a personalised experience based on your goals, and they deliver! It is hard, most of all the first couple of weeks, but you will be surprised by the way your body respond to the exercise and the diet once it gets used to it. Highly recommended!

I was blown away by the results, I am now using the mobile app to track my eating and functional strength training. It is an awesome program with an inspirational team of trainers! The vibe is fantastic and will keep you going! I was surprised that it was just my health that changed my whole day to day changed.

The team set you up with a detailed nutrition plan, which supplements the awesome workouts. Throughout the program you have the support of a fantastic team who are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and just super-keen to see you succeed! High 5's all round!!!

Where can I start……??? I had tried different programs but never been successful but your program is different, I am finally seeing the results! Even though I only coming 2 days a week? Can you believe it? but yeah!! it’s true!! My body feels great.
What an adventure your class has been! I have lost weight, feel stronger, and am more confident than I am have ever been before. More over this class helped me a lot with my mental health. This class has been life changing!
I appreciate the amount of time you’ve spent meeting with me at the gym. This type of exercising is all new to me was nervous at start and feel like a pro (little bit ?) and more to learn ………Thank you for answering all of my questions and demonstrating all of the moves for me.
Even though I don’t like burpees but I will keep coming ?. I very much love the vibe and love the way the team encourages each one of us.

In 6 weeks I was able to improve my fitness, gain muscle and I feel and look so much better. I have regained my confidence. The team are so helpful and friendly and you couldn't find a better gym to join to help you achieve your goals, no matter what your level! Can't recommend it enough!! What are you waiting for, the only thing you will regret is not signing up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great program run by great teachers/mentors. Words can't describe what my partner and I were able to achieve only in 6 weeks. Full of motivation and a great place to kick start your health and well-being journey.
It is run by a team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainers who are focused on not only getting the clients fit but also to teach healthy habits.
They pushed us really hard and that was exactly what we needed. If you want motivation to change (especially after lock downs), then Bobby's team would be the best people to approach.
You also work with other clients who are focused and work extremely hard, motivating each other. We gathered with different goals but it was great to share the journey.
It doesn't end there and you become a part of the team. They teach you how to change your life into a better/healthier one and how to persevere. Their genuine passion inspired all the clients and we are very grateful the opportunity to work with them.
Highly recommended if you want to make a change. Good results are guaranteed if you follow their lead.
We will be back for more!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bobby and his amazing team of instructors are doing a Top Notch work. I still remember the day I got from bed and emailed Bobby for help so I can like myself when i look in the mirror. That is exactly what you get when you go through this 6 week body transformation. Program is so comprehensive and instructor are amazing folks. Very motivating . Bobby diet plan changed my life and now i lost 3 inch from my waist and almost 5 kg in 6 weeks. Confidence has returned and now i enjoy more with my family over weekend with no guilt. As far you are doing exercise along with diet plan you are all set. Highly recommended !!
