★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few months ago I had a terrible experience with a middle aged female assistant that wears her hair in a pony tail.
She was unnecessarily rude when she didn’t hear me thanking her - yelling “You’re Welcome” in a rude and aggressive manner. When I told her I thanked her she continued to be rude and sarcastic. She shouldn’t be in front line customer service if she gets this nasty and irate if she can’t hear customers thanking her. Haven’t been back since.
