★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good option for AUT students to consider for accommodation within the campus (or within walking distance to the university). Very friendly staff (most of the student advisors/staff are AUT students staying in WSA itself).
One will enjoy staying in this place if they get friendly flat mates (else it'll be nightmares). It all depends on how you influence your good/bad qualities to your roommates.
The only issue is during the summer stays - it's quite dead or not lively as most of the students/occupants are away on vacation. However, it's very much affordable during the summer stays ($210/per week for 2 months).
