β β β β β Worst cash converters in Auckland been to every one of them this was the worst. Very poor service if any at all. Forget about this one. A pet store is more interesting than this place with way better service.

β β β β β Prashneel the manager is horrible. Wouldnβt refund me back until I stood there for an hour arguing my point that I brought back the laptop with a FAULTY aux jack. Another co worker tried listening to the sound and she agreed it didnβt work. I wanted a refund because I brang the Laptop in FAULTY and it fell under their 90 day return policy. I had to video him, call head office, and explain my point countless times before he called his boss and told him the situation. He even tried lying and saying that I didnβt bring it in with a faulty aux cord while I was recording so he could make it look like I lied about everything. All in all , horrible place to do business with trading and buying goods. Wouldnβt honour the consumer guarantees act as well as their own policy. DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! (Yes I got my refund)

β β β β β Very poor service, my item was put on hold, we already paid for it, came to pick it up & found out that they had broken the item out the back of their storage, I then asked to get back the same item & the lied to me that I will pick up my new ITEM on Monday & they contact me to tell me that they are in the Process of finding the item. Don't Trust These Liars they don't tell the truth..

β β β β β Waiting 45 minutes to get a query on one item , absolutely atrocious customer service hire more staff immediately. How do you expect a to run a buisness on a Saturday with 1 staff on the floor. Theirs over 12 customers in the store.

β β β β β Variety of goods, used & few brand new. Few good quality stuff. Location aint that great considering parking is limited out the front, there is a carpark available behind the store.

β β β β β Bought a console online - was not as in photos - damaged and missing a part that was present in the pics. No offer to remedy. Obviously overpriced for shipping as well. Overall a dissapointing experience.
