Horrible, really we had to throw it completely away 77$ gone
As I called them, they just said sorry instead of refund it

How cool is it to see local restaurants embracing no placticr bags, charm Thai have done a great job adapting and give a reusable fabric bag for their takeaway. So awesome. This pad thai is delicious, and the panang duck curry has such a lovely flavour.
I ordered a portion of sticky rice which was so good but a bit small for 2 people so next time I will order more.
Thanks charm Thai, I can always count on you guys to make some amazing food.

Bad quality of food, extremely expensive, bad service and owner takes no responsibility or anything when you give them a chance to improve things. No wonder this restaurant is always empty and I am really not surprised at all with all the bad reviews they received. Sorry but I would never come back ever. Don't waste your time and money on this restaurant unless you want to be treated badly and pay for expensive prices for a pathetic small portion of untasty food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. Great food, the ordering system was really easy and the food was ready exactly on time. Prices were similar to other good Thai places and the place looked really clean and tidy. There was a review posted by someone about a month before we went with a really low rating, which seems strange as we really enjoyed our meal and we are quite fussy about Thai food. The timing of that review is right when COVID was causing staff shortages everywhere and I can only guess that maybe that is what happened at that time. We loved our meal and will be eating from there again.
