Something else for the kitchen cupboard, a staff asked if I needed help, I said ,told her what ai wanted ,she happily assisted me. Lovely lady who knew where to find what I had asked and went and got it for me and took it to the counter where I paid for it. Sorry didn't get the ladies name. Will go back to Chef's compliments again.

When the gift was unwrapped my wife was stoked however she noticed a small defect. I emailed Vicki and she organised an exchange, no fuss. Things do go wrong sometimes but putting it right without any drama will always leave a lasting impression for the customer. Proud Aucklander happy to support a small Taupo business :)
