★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the owners were very much nice and detailed serviced, the heater made room very warm and comfortable. bathing is quite pleasant, and wifi data is unlimited. the hotel is indeed more than our expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were excellent in all their recommendations of places to see in Invercargill. Also, great cooked breakfast. Nice modern motel. Room was well presented and very clean. Loved how we could watch TV in the lounge or bedroom. Everything we needed for our stay. Loved the spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great motel with friendly, accommodating owners (I rang a few days before arriving about the possibility of checking in earlier than the 2pm check-in time as we had a wedding to get ready for and they made sure that our room was cleaned first so we could get in a couple of hours earlier). The room was very roomy with a full kitchen and separate bedroom, with good, free Wi-Fi. Being on the main street it was easy to find and in a good location. Next time I visit Invercargill I will be staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are somewhat dated but kept in very good condition. Primarily the bathroom area could benefit from an upgrade - the door to the toilet was poor and didn't lock from the inside but it did from the outside! The beds were comfortable and linen clean. We liked the separate living room and the fact that the beds didn't intrude into the living space. Of course some of the questions above apply more to an hotel than a motel but in spirit the questions have been addressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 2 days and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. There was a good kitchenette with full stove, plenty of room in the lounge area. Our bathroom was a bit dated with shower curtain rather than a stall I think these are being updtaed. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was reasonably priced and sufficient for our needs. Receiving some chocolates and and a bunch of grapes was a nice added touch. The rooms are quiet and no highway noise, there is a 24 hour day night convenience store just around the corner which came in handy. The receptionist was very pleasant and was able to provide information on what to do in the area. Certainly worth a return visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Nice. It is a little expensive compared to others. Choice need to get more properties in NZ. I am a frequent traveller and 5 towns in NZ I stay at have no longer Choice properties.
