★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are not able to recommend these people who ordered a $100 cable with the incorrect specs after being given all of the information of what was required. They refuse to re-order or refund and want $195 more to try and get the incorrect cable to work.

I thought it was doomed: it kept restarting itself and had a whole lot of photos/files I'd rather not lose. Arjun fixed it within 2 days for a very reasonable price, great service!
