I was stuck on the 12th floor emergency stairway to go down to that floor, but I asked if I could open the door. Where are you? He kept telling me that he had found the wrong building, so he hung up and walked down to the first floor through the fire emergency stairs and went up again.
It's my fault to get stuck on the emergency stairs, but I'm annoyed if I had to deal with it as I was worried that I might keep getting stuck. The emergency stairs and the office were located a few steps away. You said it was because you were busy, but obviously, not only the staff but also the safety personnel were standing there. Then why is the safety officer there?

I visited the consulate today to apply for a passport reissuance. The place was quiet and clean, with facilities for taking passport photos for free.
All the staff were busy with their work, but nonetheless, the attitude towards visitors was relaxed and very friendly.
Guidance through phone consultation and work processing through face-to-face service were also very professional and smooth.
I needed help due to my negligence, so I had to visit again, and the office door was already closed at that time. The visitor work was over, and it wasn't a big deal, but I was very moved to see the various staff members getting up and trying their best to help.
To experience this level of friendly service at the Auckland Consulate, I feel proud to be a Korean. This genuine service that comes from the heart rather than a formality is passed on from the heart. Thank you again.

β β β β β The good things - when I was on call the lady was extremely helpful and friendly. But that is when I do manage to finally get someone on the phone.
The bad things - they do not post about their lunch hours and oh boy do they have long lunch hours.
Don't bother leaving a message as they say, they'll never get back to you. And despite calling five minutes after they officially open, they won't answer. They're just chilling at the office really.
