★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 4.45 to do an exchange I had discussed on the phone earlier, the store was already locked up despite having a sign on the wall saying it closes at 5. I tried phoning the store and was ignored. I also tapped on the window at 4.50 to a rude sales rep which looked at me then ignored me. Would not recommend in the slightest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went into Cotton On Kids and was surprised by the lack of BASIC customer service. Walked in and received no greeting from the two ladies that were working. I had walked around the shop a couple of times having a good browse too, but still didn't get any kind of attention. I won't be in a hurry to shop there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted online by Nadirah from the Australian branch. She was very helpful and understanding without question. She was patient with me every step of the way. Not only did I get a replacement item which was the wrong size I got another replacement with the correct size. I didn't need to return the wrong size which were a brand new product but got to keep them aswell. She was an absolute pleasure to got through.
