★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've updated the store, it's lovely. Everything you need and more despite being smaller that other stores. The new self checkout is great so the line's aren't as hidious as before. We had asked the Asian teenager, attendant, for "brick's" as we're collecting them. We were allowed two. The sour expression on his face has he snatched them out of bag and the way he flung them at us was absolutely rude and shocking. I think we'll stick to the Mt Eden store. 19.12.21

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are great, always helpful and wonderful to deal with. Supermarket looks great now that it's been remodelled. Just be cafeful when you've got a full trolley and heading out towards the carpark, the ramp is a bit steep so you need to be mindful of cars, trolley and the ramp!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is good, the girl and one of the guys is very nice and plesant when they greet customers at the door especially during the lockdown periods in auckland , just the store itself is a let down in regards to products or lack of product, prices arent the cheapest and the bakery section is probably one of the worst, ive never had anything fresh from their bakery section and their fruit and veg are just mediocre and thats being nice, its a small store so they dont have alot of brands n products the bigger stores do and the parking when busy is a nightmare, I just dont even bother now if there is no parking and will drive elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This countdown suprised me. On the outside it looks old but step inside and its been renovated and looks clean and inviting. There is a good sized carpar available too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never have enough 1ltr Anchor Dark Blue Milk, right pain. But I do like Point Chev Countdown because it is a smaller shop, and if you only need one or two items, it's quick & easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here deserve extra praise for keeping the auto checkouts moving. Compared to most Countdowns this is a cramped, compromised one, but at least it has a beer and wine section. No deli however, which is sad.
