β β β β β Prices are really irrelevant here. More you buy and more you save isn't the policy at countdown at all. while buying a pack of dove soap bar, a pack of four was for $7 and Pack of 2 was for $3. A smarter person would buy 2 packs of 2 instead of buying one pack of 4 and save a Dollar.

β β β β β Much better than Lincoln road and kelston. Much cleaner too and friendly staff which is fantastic. Slightly more expensive than Lincoln or kelston but being its clean and has friendly staff it makes up for it

β β β β β Terrible customer service. I have a mask exemption . I do wear it but I will not cover my nose. Every Wednesday about 8am I do my weekly shopping and every week I get yelled at by the checkout . I try to explain to her but she won't listen.No I'm not changing my day to suit her.

β β β β β I've had enough of this store. So many times I've been followed by security. I have never stolen in my life, but why follow me out of everyone in the store!?! Because I'm maori? Fat island girl tonight kept following me everywhere I was tonight. I'll turn to look and she'll look at her phone or the other way. I go there every night nearly and I'm sure the staff know my face by now. I'm sick of it!!

β β β β β Always a straight forward process shopping here. Staff exchange basic pleasantries and are helpful when approached. Returns are dealt with promptly and produce always appears fresh and well monitored. The trolley controller stands out as going the extra mile. always smiling and chatty. He has previously offered to help unload my trolley before taking it away. Always a pleasure and often brightens my days.
