The curtains and blinds are lovely quality and I would use the services of Curtain Design again anytime. Thanks all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My curtains are lovely, but the customer service has been abysmal. When I ordered my curtains early November 2021 I was told the standard 6/8 weeks. With Covid and Christmas I didn’t really expect them until January. I had NO communication from Curtain Design, and started chasing them in February. They emailed to say they would contact me to arrange fitting “next week”. Next week never came, and they didn’t contact me. I had to continue chasing them, and just had no response. Then out of the blue a neighbour phoned me at work to say someone was here to fit my curtains. Again - zero communication from Curtain Design. Overall FOUR MONTHS and much chasing on my part to get them. If these small businesses want customer support in these difficult times then they really need to review their levels of customer service! Needless to say I have gone elsewhere for my second lot of curtains…

Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process from initial consultation through to the final installation. We appreciated the extra, with the installation of a temporary set of drapes for a bedroom while the final sets were being made. Nice touch. Thanks to the whole team.
