Sarah’s knowledge was astounding; not only about Gin in general but the chemical composition of Gin and the addition of botanicals and flavours. It was fascinating to see how she distilled her own Gin! She guided us through the process of mixing our own Gin from botanicals and flavours that she had pre-prepared. The lunch that was provided was also top notch and memorable and catered to all tastes! We thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value for money, highly professional and insightful class. Sarah is incredibly insightful and vey personable so it makes asking questions or getting insights really easy. If you've never brewed gin before or have been to a class or two I would highly recommend taking a class and learning a bit more about gin distillation and the interaction of the flavours that go into it. Best part is, you walk away with your own bottle of homemade gin at the end so its a double win

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for a lovely experience learning all about the botanicals used in gin. We enjoyed 'designing' our very own gin not to mention the delicious lunch that was provided. A great way to spend a few hours and would recommend it as a fun and exciting gift for friends and family. We'll have to do the rum next time:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing experience learning the ins and outs of gin distilling! Really informative and fun with a lovely lunch provided as well, I couldn't fault the day at all! Would highly recommend the gin school for anyone wanting to learn to make gin. The alpacas were also a bonus :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a brilliant day. Sarah's knowledge was great and we learnt all about botanicals and what worked together. Beautiful lunch, great vibes and came away with a great bottle of gin. Would definitely recommend. Would love to take the next step and make the alcohol.
