★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrific job done by this firm!!! The guy told me $100 for a full set which I was prepared to pay for a premium job. The lady doing them filed my fingers till they bleed and preceded to dab with meths.. It was the most painful experience I have ever had!!!
When they were finished I told the guy that I wasn't prepared to pay the full amount if any.. We agreed on $50 and then he put $100 on the efpos machine thinking I wouldn't see it... I went to walk away disgusted and he mutted Ok Ok so I just paid.
I am now sitting for another hour in a nail salon getting them fixed and the lady telling me how bad they are and we have to start all over again
This type of service is appalling !!! I suggest no one goes near this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a fantastic relaxing time here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they don't rush you at all which is great(not to mention rare for a nail salon). I recommend to anyone who has time to kill and is browsing the Newmarket mall anyway to come check it out :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most terrible experience here and would not recommend this store to others. Went to get my nails painted with a gel polish at the advertised price of $30. They kept adding charges until this cost $50 thats without a manicure! They couldn't explain why it cost so much and was different to advertised price and then laughed when I told them I was cross. Stay away from this nail bar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting acrylic nails for over 30 years and this is the WORST set of nails I have ever had. They are twice the price of anywhere else at $90 so would expect a superior job - sadly this is not the case. Do Not Go Here unless you want every nail to be a different shape and look like ski jumps with lumpy snow!!!! Even when I complained to the technician she did not fix them up and now I am going to get them soaked off and a new set elsewhere. :(
