★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding school uniforms in larger sizes is always a challenge for my girl. The store was extremely busy but Vicky (or Nicky?) was very respectful and discreet as she assisted not only us but other customers and a younger staff member. Very professional staff, huge store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will no longer support directgroup after a friend informed me that they are the supplier of the mongrel mob gang uniforms. It's a shame because every year i look forward to my shop there and the staff are always lovely. This year for my youngest i will be getting uniform basics from Postie and i have emailed the school principal and hoping he will be understanding. I can not comprehend how a company that works so closley with schools and children can also work with criminal organisation. I have talked to other mothers and they have agreed to follow my lead and i hope more become aware. We support kiwi business with good morals not business that accepts money from violence and crime. If i have been misinformed please let know, i hate for this to be true but i trust my friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not looking forward to doing the school uniform shop this year and left it to the absolute last minute. What a pleasant surprise it therefore was, to be greeted so warmly at the door by reception. She was informative, efficient, and accomodating (thank you Jo). The wait time wasn’t bad at all - the staff were so kind and helpful. They came and met us at our place in line and walked us through the aisles, selecting sizes and giving really useful advice. The whole experience was just so bloody easy and stress free. Whilst in the change room, another staff member checked in on us and was equally as lovely as our first assistant. Thank you ladies, for making it so incredibly easy. Highly recommend.
