Had a short wait, but they were busy and it is encouraging to see a place like this so popular.
Waited 15 minutes but the service during the massage and the quality is well worth it.
If I had one critisism, would be ice in the complimentary water, but definitely not a big issue.
Pleased to find my new, local massage place. Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I came in for a whole body and feet massage. I had an excellent massage therapist; highly skilled and experienced, very professional. Many thanks to Lena for a fantastic massage! On the other hand, my partner's massage therapist (didn't get her name, she was also the receptionist), seemed like she was in a rush. I noticed she was a bit quick on the massage with my partner and wasn't as courteous as my massage therapist.
Some things to note: depending on who you get as a massage therapist will definitely affect the quality of massage you get. Also, the establishment is not sound proof, so if there is a large crowd of people talking outside, you will hear conversations during your massage. Likewise with the inside, as massage 'rooms' are separated by curtains, so you will hear other people's conversations.
Overall, I would go again, and will likely book with Lena.
Recommendation: Go with who you know, or try different massage therapists until you find one that suits you.
