★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logged a enquiry for a vending unit not dispensing to their info email address after calling in and being advised to email them all the needed details for a reimbursement. 4 days later still no contact has been made back or reimbursement to my account. Very poor customer service.

They’ve got me through numerous late night study sessions (thanks guys!). The machines are always fully stocked and I see the team re-filling them at AUT regularly. 10/10 ?
