Setting up an account was easy and every time I call I get sold just what I need, not necessarily the most expensive option. Highly recommended. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased two dermatoscopes worth over a thousand dollars each from Esteem. I specified my work address as the delivery address. I called Esteem to check that on delivery, the packages wouldn’t be left outside if no-one was present at the time. I was informed that whilst a signature would not be required, because we had specified our work address, they would not be left outside.
I later returned from work to find two packages left outside my home address in the rain. The two dermatoscopes inside were thankfully in working condition. Luckily they weren’t stolen.
I emailed Esteem to inform them of my dissatisfaction with the delivery, asking them to take the matter up with the delivery company. I was told “Unfortunately our accounting system automatically selected your account address instead of your nominated delivery address.” There was no apology. There was no comment about contacting the delivery company to stop this happening to other people in the future. A follow-up email I sent to Esteem was ignored.
Poor show, Esteem.
