Thankfully the guy here was able to fix my phone and add a screen protector as well in about 30mins & for a much better price than a new phone. Friendly, fast and affordable service, thank you so much! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the lady I look after there to get her phone screen fixed and the same day started having problems with her being able to hear people when they rang took her back the next week as it go worse and none of us could hear her which is not safe as she is in a wheelchair. So when we tried to explain what was going on we were not really listened to and given all this info that what was wrong would have been any thing they did and needed to replace the speaker. Two items paid for later we had to return yet again as the phone was now getting worse and this time anytime we tried to talk we were talked over and talked to quiet rudely and with no respect and told it was probably another part that would cost more money and that the only way to fully test the phone was to take it away for 5 days leaving a poor lady with serious health conditions in a wheelchair with no phone to call for help if needed. The fact that they don't listen to you at all and talk over you is disgusting and it honestly felt like if it was a man trying to talk to the they would listen. They have the worse customer service that I have ever experienced in my 40 plus years of shopping and I would never return to the or recommended them to any one your honestly better off going to i cell where they treat you with respect and listen to the customer..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped my phone while I was getting out of my car last Saturday evening and it wasn't turning on. I searched for the mobile repair shops around me while I was around northland mall and "Fast Fix" popped up on the top. I rushed to their shop to realize not only their high ratings actually justify their work and customer service but utter professionalism they work with. These guys somehow fixed my phone even when they're about to close their shop and there we're only 20 minutes left for their closing. Highly appreciated!! Cheers!!
P.S- I thought my phone had a serious problem and I was prepared for spending big bucks but to my surprise they got it fixed for a very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service and poor costumer service! Left my phome to change the screen and came worst than before! Full of glue also was covered with plastic and tape couldn't see the screen properly. When I removed the plastic that was covering the screen was a big crack from the botton to top that i couldn't see! Paid 150 bucks and came back worst than before! Dont recommend to anyone! The only answer I got is If I left my phone for a long period they could do a professional job but coz was just half an hour job they couldn't clean the glue and do a proper job! Hardly recommend to find a better place to deal with.
