★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids love this place. We went along for a free trial and signed up the same day. Receptionist is lovely and helpful too. My children did the holiday programme for two days as well - they really enjoyed learning the new skills and I like that they are incredibly active!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't recommend Flow Academy in Albany enough! My son was a wee bit shy & reserved so we wernt sure how he would get on it but with Dion & his team being so helpful, encouraging & supportive our son absolutely loved the Kids flow sessions!
Our son recieved great guidance & we saw his confidence sore. He went from wanting to be last to try things to wanting to be first!
Dion & the team are absolutely amazing and we highly recommend this place!

Very different place from those boring and very strict gymnastic gyms. My son loves it! And birthday party was a great success, all 12 kids enjoyed it a lot. Thank you guys :)

Lots of bars and obstacles, trampolines and a big foam pit. They have after school and school holiday programmes.
