β β β β β I prefer shopping for my fruit and vegetables from Howick branch. Their produce is well presented and much better than the supermarkets. Supermarkets spray too much water over the produce in their chiller cabinets which is the quickest way to see it perish in double quick time. In addition water residue on the product is a health hazard. These bad practices are not used in Fruit World where their fruit and veg are kept properly Dry.

β β β β β Have been shopping here for a while . The lady at the checkout is definitely not customer friendly , certainly not to An Asian customer like myself. Perhaps I am a brown skin Asian and she thinks I canβt speak English . Not even a simple hello or thank you , even when I offered a hello and thank you . In this difficult times , we locals want to shop local and help the local business . There are plenty of other local fruit and veggies shop in Howick that are more deserving of our business.

β β β β β Have just visit store allowing a older man healthy with his wife stroll around the store no mask He pushed pass me no mask .
I complained stated he should not be instore without mask .
The girl at checkout said they had told him. But still walking around store .
This alone will now make me not shop there .
There cabbage brocollie prices much more expensive than Countdown also tomatoes $4 more per kg
The previous owner was into these news not so much .
To reply to your reply : why would anyone bother to make a false claim or complaint .
Your store did not follow mandated rules and requirements to operate in this level your staff was ill equip to manage the man candidly walking around the store shopping with his wife I was in the store shopping while he was for minutes unmasked and there not sure when your staff told him to put a mask . He brushed past me knocking my arm, share ignorance on that mans part put poorly handled to keep other customers safe.
Your prices variance us correct at the time made this review.
How can you say not a true reflection of events it has taken you a month to reply most likely you were not in store as only one Asian checkout girls .
