What a great place to hire bikes in Whakatane.Staff so helpful ,very kind and very trusting.Made enquiry about hiring two bikes and within 20mins we were on our way and cycling for a good two hours.Returned two days later for further hiring and had the same experience.
Thanks to all the staff there -super customer service.We would recommend this place anyone looking to hire bikes as part of their stay in this great town.

It was late in the day, a hideously hot day and he stood in the sun happily answering all my questions. I bought my bike from Bike Barn because of the quality of customer service I received from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Friendly staff, very reasonable rental prices. Bikes were in great condition. Should have asked for a gel seat though. All in all we had alot of fun biking along the harbor and in the surrounding parks.
