★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiona and Rex have been running Gold ‘n Gifts as long as we’ve been here, about twenty five years.
From the start it was obvious that they were keen to give the customer not just what they wanted but exemplary service. Nothing was ever too much trouble and there was always a smile and happy face to greet you. Over the years they’ve become friends, and I have grown older, and the service has extended to delivery to the door. ‘Not a problem’ says Rex, and within hours it’s there. This is the rarest thing these days, and I do wish them only the best for their lovely little store and their future.

A pleasant chat about spots we'd visited over the last few days led to his recommendation about a nearby Opua kauri tree walk, which we did! Great service and great conversation. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience during our visit to Paihia :)

Gold n Gifts was the third shop I visited, first shop flicked me off, second shop didnt have what i wanted but recommended Gold n Gifts. Was busy while i was in their shop but the lady gave me her time and attention. Nga mihi, will defs come back to spend my money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My watch strap broke and I was told "Q&Q don't cover the strap" but Gold 'n' Gifts took it upon themselves to honour the "warranty" a big thank you and it's nice to see that customer service does still exist in the smaller shops.
