★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoy my experience here. I am from Auckland but often travel to Bay of Plenty and a much prefer Hair & Beauty by Design than expensive Auckland salons where you are just a number. My hair throws a lot of gold/brassy tonnes so I know coming here, they can be trusted to get it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get done my chemical hair straighting after the 48 hours I washed my hair but the result was shocking...I am so disappointed...my hair got frezzy ..it is totally different I was expecting..its ..I complained about it but they gave excuse like i was being naughty moving while getting done my hair...that's ridiculous....doesn't recommend to anyone ? ....

Always a good outcome. I recommend you try them out the girls there are only too pleased to meet your beauty needs.
