★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy book in, easy pick up, easy drop off, not a huge amount of paperwork and it was nice to be able to check over the condition of the truck noting existing condition before taking
. Shri was awesome to deal with. The truck I was after was unavailable so I was given the next size up which was awesome actually, the smaller truck would have been too small for the job as I underestimated the move I was helping on (one bedroom flat). The truck was easy to drive, had a reversing camera and tail lift (highly recommend). Fair prices, final total with $0 excess liability added and diesel and ks, it was around $230 for the days use, movement from Whitiora to Fairview Downs in Hamilton.
Highly recommend, would use again.

Doing an online check-in in advance was very helpful as it saved time on the day and gave me reassurance that everything was organised. Great check-in format, modern and well designed. My son said the truck was easy to drive. I initially thought we didn't really need a truck with a hydraulic lifting platform on the back but it was fantastic and I'd say a must. I highly recommend.

Their service was excellent, I was a bit concerned about the distance of travel and what if the truck broke down, however they have everything in place in case of emergency. The truck went super well and was serviced just before I used it. I would highly recommend this place, outstanding service.
