Big team of helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A welcoming smile. Patient and supportive - whether picking up a script, seeking advice or simply buying retail.
Dispensary often hectically busy so wait times vary considerably (10 to 40 minutes), so be assured products and meds are fresh, and precisely as needed. Occasionally an overnight wait is needed for certain items and special orders.
The newly attached PostShop is well-staffed, convenient and expertly serviced. ?

โ โ โ โ โ My mother came in today for some eczema cream. The male pharmacist came to talk to her about it, asking her "which product do you want". My mum is not a health professional so obviously she doesn't know what she needs, so she told the pharmacist to recommend something for her. The pharmacist insisted that she needs to tell him which one she wanted. Then my mother said that she'll call me as I might know which product would be best. The pharmacist walked away from her, never talking to her again. I told her what cream she should get and that it's a pharmacist only medication. She still needed to get the pharmacist's approval for this. She waited for almost half an hour for him but he just kept on ignoring her. My mum just had to leave.
Very bad customer service, especially coming from a pharmacist. Please re-train your staff into knowing their products more, so they don't have to rely on their patient to tell them what product is best. The pharmacist could have told my mother that "he's busy but he'll be with her soon", or something along those lines, instead of just completely ignoring her. Very unprofessional and we're never coming back here again.

Jackie shes been there for a long while one of the original legends from Devich Pharmacy, wonderful lady always helpful..and yes theres other staff who are helpful as well awesome team... 5 stars for sure...

โ โ โ โ โ we went in to have a passport size photo on 24/06/2021 around 3:30pm . asian lady was so rude and did not even reply to anything we say. she was showing tantrums like 2 years old. she did not cut pictures to the size as well. i never had this kind of experience before. really hope someone in management talk to her and let her know how to treat customers.
