★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Higgins have failed to deliver the job they promised and after we made it clear that we were not happy with the failure to lay the entire driveway they made an ugly repair that we asked than not to do. Quite frankly Higgins has made the job experience difficult and will make your job experience difficult too. They have poor business morals saying “it would cost us to much to do a repair “ this is a poor business model because it would be expected that if you make a mistake you should fix it
Would not recommend.
