β β β β β Picked up a chainsaw that we had previously phoned about to check for availability and were impressed with the extras thrown in. A suggestion would be to engage in conversation especially if the customer is new to the district. Perhaps the older staff member was not familiar with the computer system but he should be able to do both seamlessly
