I am a small-time domestic user of some of their products but whenever I go in there the guys are friendly and professional and go out of their way to help me get what I need. It is a real pleasure getting some proper customer service in these days when so many front-line staff make you feel like a nuisance. Keep up the great work guys, I won't be going anywhere else. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today with a damaged hydraulic hose from my new digger and was attended to right away , the hose was shortened by a few inches ,a new end was fitted . I purchased a spare hose and was out within 10 minutes, a wonderful experience not what you get much of today . Thank you guys for your fantastic service and I will certainly be spreading the word ,
