★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All builds are stressful but as renovations go, I felt ours went really smoothly. We were fortunate to be just ahead of the curve on the global supply chain issues so while there were a few product holdups, Iconic were great at being proactive and finding product and chasing down alternatives to keep the build on track
I feel like our build mattered and we weren’t just the client. Iconic understood that the renovation of our home was a very personal experience and they happily worked with us on getting every detail right.
The onsite team were very respectful and thorough. They got stuck in but were also happy to answer my queries and share their singing skills.
Iconic made my renovation seem like it was important and not just another job to get ticked off and I thank them for it.
