β β β β β The worst ambiance, I could hear every conversation, noise including the wax strips being torn off in next room, no spa like qualities, I had 3hrs of treatments and not even a offer of a hot drink, had to ask for water and it came in a paper cup! No offer of a loo break. The treatments them selves were good but i still would never go again
