inkLink Art Studio - Te Aro
inkLink is a wonderful, hands-on opportunity to experience Chinese culture and to learn about art and painting. The studio exhibits the artist Stan Chan's work. You can see the different styles of Chinese brush painting and Chinese calligraphy as well as western-style drawings and paintings.
If you've ever had a inkling to try your hand at Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Brush Painting, Pencil Drawing, Water Colour or Oil Painting, inkLink is your opportunity to learn from a master artist, Stan Chan. Stan's students range in age from under 10 to over 60 years old.
The name repeats the word ink and links the two words together with an "L". My hope for the studio is that it will link people who use ink for painting or calligraphy together and we will become friends because we share the same interest. - Stan translation of the Studio's Chinese name
