★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the karaka ramen with extra Chashu. Wonderful flavours great presentation and content. It was 15.90, but seriously, compared to other ramen places in Chch, it's not even that expensive.
The food didn't take too long, but I had a hard time trying to find where to order since people were lining up to get the bowls (You can ignore them and just order the Ramen). Pretty good I'd say!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ramen, pretty strong flavour which I like, it was pretty authentic. Only disappointing thing was that they gave the food in plastic takeaway containers even when we were eating in the restaurant.

The chicken for the rice dishes is exceptional. The pork is awful.

Price really affordable for yummy ramen and mix food from the cabinet.
Me and husband order spicy ramen and some food from cabinet. They are delicious..
Good food, good price you can get it at Ippin Ramen n Bowl..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you looking for good ramen you are in right place. I would say,the closes to real ramen like in Japan, that you would find in Christchurch. Ippin has own seating area secluded from other tables in food area. The service is polite and friendly. Staff is friendly. After you order your meal and pay for it you will receive electronic announcer to let you know when your order is ready. You don’t have to wait too long.
My order was ready in few minutes. Have enjoyed it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Spicy Karaka Ramen with extra pork slices. The broth was very delicious and full flavoured, but wasn’t spicy which was a shame. If it had a bit more spice it would have been perfect! Still gave it 5 stars as it was super tasty.
