#3. They know what they're talking about and explain it clearly to idiots.
#4. They send their quote without undue delay.
#5. Their communication was tops.
#6. The job was orderly and efficient, and able to adjust to changing conditions and additional requests.
#7. Came back to regularly to fix leaks as part of the deal (old roof!)
