★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cricket ground down at Kaipatiki is great, the outfield is nicely marked and is very fast. The pitch is in great condition and there is plenty of parking, the only downside is that the boundaries are too small, scores of 400+ are seen at games played here with a lot of sixes and fours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large park with lots of fields, went there for a kids rugby tournament. There were toilets in the main building and a small tuck shop open with drinks and hot chips. Not a lot of parking so luckily I got there early. It had rained that morning and I was thankful for my gumboots because it was super muddy. Overall a good venue for kids sport.
