★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my eye brows done on a home job and they were stuffed up. Went to Kess today to get a threading and tinted as I had tried to grow them out. Absolutely stoked the lady done the most amazing job. Will definitely be coming back and referring you on to all my friends and family. Very impressed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my eyebrows waxed and because my skin goes quite red, when I looked in the mirror I couldn’t tell that they weren’t as tidy as I expected. This morning in natural light they are still noticeably overgrown and not shaped. I have eye brow tattoos which are easy mapping to follow however I’m left with a lot of excess hair in an uneven and untidy fashion.
Never had this issue here before so I am disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend, went there at 1:45 to get my eyebrows waxed and was told to come back at 2:15. Then went back at 2:15 and was told no, 2:50, however I saw my name on their sheet and it said 2:15 next to it. The lady at the counter was also filing her nails while talking to me, and didn’t seem apologetic at all that they had messed me around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair cut at this place recently and stylist "Renai" is amazing. she made me feel so comfortable and her work was amazing. In my whole life I have never met any stylist who complimented my hair. Whenever I go for a hair cut, they are like "oh, you hair is so bad, dull, damaged, thin and you should do this treatment, do that and all" but, she was exactly the opposite of all the hair stylists I have met so far. she helped me to feel more confident about my hair and look.
